On all semiautomatic and automatic EXA gasket machine is now possible to have the Remote Assistance.
Choosing this option the machine will have the possibility to be connected to the Ethernet Network of the customer.
EXA technicians will have the possibility, on customer request, to connect to the machine directly from EXA office in order to:
- Install a new release of the software of the machine
- Make directly software modifications
- Check the machine status to understand the reasons of faults
